In how many days of time will I receive my order?

The Processing time for an order is 3-5 business days. After that, the delivery time is 6- 7 business days.

What is your return policy?

On occasion, Lee Health offers shipping promotions, at which time Indian customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up on our website. We ship to most parts of India.


All sales are final. Please note, Lee Health reserves the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged products within 7 days of receipt of the package. The customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such order. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.


We will provide free of cost replacement of the product within 5 working days after the product has been delivered, in case you have; received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or; received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us.


Under special circumstances, if Lee Health Domain (I) Pvt Ltd. considers returning the Payment for any order, the payment will be reflected within 7 to 10 days after Lee Health has processed the refund. This delay is generally due to and depends on the service provider through the payment initiated or done by the Customer.
To get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within 5 days from the date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
Original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.​
