The staff of Lee Health Domain Visakhapatnam Unit on Tuesday took part in a yoga session to mark the 8th International Day of Yoga as the celebrations returned to an in-person format after over two years following the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event was marked this year under the theme "Yoga for Humanity". As Yoga is not just about exercise, it's a way to discover a sense of oneness with yourself, with the world, and with nature.
Lee Health Domain's Visakhapatnam Unit hosted a yoga session and guided meditation for its employees. Following the event, an environmental awareness campaign advocated the usage of eco-friendly bags. The employees were handed jute bags for everyday usage, along with a reminder to forego plastic bags and preserve the environment.
